Free prints with every order!

The ordering process is simple and dont forget that we will assess your requirements and provide you with an individual quote once you have provided copies of the photographs to be restored.


Step 1 - Provide us with your photographs
By Email
Simply email your scanned photographs to: orders@turnarobert.co.uk.
It is important to ensure that your photographs are scanned at a resolution of at least 300dpi. This will be sufficient for print sizes of up to 7" x 5". If you require a larger print then a higher quality scan may be necessary.

By Post

If you are unable to scan or email the photograhs, please let us know by completing the form on the Contact Us page and we will provide you with instructions as to how you can post the photos directly to us. We will be able to scan the pictures and will return them back to you immediately. There will be no charge for this service.

 

Step 2 - Our quotation will be emailed to you

Our Quote

Once we have received your photographs we will carry out an assessment of the work involved and email you with a quotation showing the cost of the work.

 

Step 3 - Payment Options

Payment

If you wish to proceed with the order you will be able to pay by cheque or online by debit/credit card. We will provide you with details of the payment options at the appropriate time.

 

Step 4 - Dispatch of photographs

Postage

Your restored prints will be dispatched to you, by your chosen postage service, immediately the work is completed. Depending on the size of your order we will offer you discount of up to 25% off future orders.
